Seattle Towing is a new towing company here in Seattle, Washington. They came to us a few months ago needing literally everything within the digital realm. We’re talking SEO, a new website, branding, PPC advertising and more. They were starting from ground zero and looking to move as fast as humanly possible.
So we did all of that. And we’re continuing to work on their SEO, PPC, link building, content …. the list goes on and on.
With all of the foundation set, we wanted to get them focused on their reviews with our new review app. With 88% of consumers trusting online reviews, we new we needed to train them up on how to use our app and the power it can have in influencing new customers.
Currently, their site has been live for 6 weeks and we’re still working to get them visible but what I want to share with you is the conversion rate of the review app. Once we have them where they need to be in the SERP’s, I’ll circle back on conversion rates for them.
Over the last 6 weeks, they have used the app 59 times to text satisfied customers. Currently, they have 32 reviews on Google alone. That’s a stunning conversion rate of 54%!!!
Seattle Towing’s current goal is to get to 1,000 reviews and with a conversion rate of 54%, we think it’s entirely possible.
